Our Smart Visofold 1000 Arched Doors are designed to hold full glass units, with the option to include mid-rails if required. Built on a 70mm system, they combine slim profiles with excellent thermal performance. Additional features are available, including Low Aluminium Thresholds with Double Access Ramps.
For larger openings, we can bend 20mm and 42mm frame extensions, and astragal bars can be supplied in four-metre straight lengths for a heritage-style finish. Glass templates are provided once the frames are manufactured to ensure exact sizing, with nationwide delivery available.

The Heritage system is available in a 47mm or 70mm profile, slim frames that are ideal for listed properties. Depending on which profile depth is chosen, there is also the option of arched frame extensions to help with additional coverage. All doors feature fixed transoms which allow for the heritage housing locks required. Further to this, Crittall style bars can also be included with the use of astragal bars.
HomeArched AluSpace internal doors are available using Smart’s slim internal profile, specifically engineered to accommodate 6mm glass units. This Crittall-style design continues to grow in popularity and can be specified as either single or French door configurations.
Matching fixed arched AluSpace windows can also be provided, ensuring a seamless and coordinated appearance throughout the interior. The system supports fully bespoke layouts, making it well suited for separating internal areas while preserving natural light and achieving a clean, contemporary aesthetic.

Yes, we have the tooling to bend pre powder coated profiles. However, we can also supply the profile in a milled finish if required.
Arched doors take approximately 3-4 weeks to manufacture. We may need to order in the profile on top of this depending on the colour required.
As all of our products are supplied unglazed, glass templates will be provided once the frames have been manufactured.
